Ingredients:

For the marinade:

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the Prego:

  • 1 pound (500 grams) sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 4 soft rolls

Method

  1. Make the marinade: In a large bowl, combine the red wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  2. Marinate the steak: Add the thinly sliced sirloin steak to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
