Ingredients


  • 1 pound (500 grams) pork rinds
  • Oil for frying

 

Method

 

  • Heat the oil: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).

  • Fry the pork rinds: Carefully add the pork rinds to the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.

  • Drain and serve: Remove the chicharrones from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.
